Our Customer Service Team are the first point of contact for our patients and referrers. These team members play a crucial role in our patient experience, ensuring our patients receive exceptional customer service at all of our clinic locations. Roles in this team include Medical Receptionist, Customer Service Team Leader, Customer Service Staff and Specialised Booking Teams.
Our Support Services Team include:
