So much better than other radiology places. Quick, easy , waited for about 2 minutes and got in straight away. Scan was around 3 minutes. Was in and out within 5 minutes. Free and was such a clean place
Qscan generally delivers a very positive experience. However, the recent introduction of a call centre for bookings is causing some problems. Head's up! From a few experiences, there can be lengthy delays of up to 20 minutes or more, as well as dropped calls. One thing to note is to double-check the appointment time to ensure they're aware of your region's timezone. Hope this info is helpful:)
Walked into book appts from request I received 20mins earlier. Was booked in with in the hour, done and dusted and on the 2hr drive north to home. Ridiculously impressed with the availability of appointment. 10/10 from reception to scan to USS, never did I imagine it would be a seamless experience 😁 One happy client.
