Qscan Radiology Clinics is committed to providing excellent service for our valued referrers, and ensuring referrers can access images, reports, referrals and other resources quickly and seamlessly.
Qscan can provide access to reports and images through multiple channels including fax, encrypted messaging via Medical Objects or HealthLink, InteleViewer, or the Qscan Referrer Results (Zed) portal.
Qscan has dedicated phone lines to provide referrers across each region with:
- Access to patient reports via electronic download or fax
- Request copies of previous reports
- Communicate directly with our Radiologists via Foxo
IT InteleViewer Support
Qscan has a dedicated phone line for referrers and their staff who require over-the-phone IT support with our InteleConnect and InteleViewer platforms.
