X-Ray
Qscan Maroochydore provides general x-ray imaging for bones, joints and soft tissues, with fast access and no preparation needed for most exams. Walk-in x-rays are available during clinic hours, and eligible Medicare-funded scans are bulk billed. Results are reviewed by our radiologists and sent directly to your referring doctor.
Ultrasound
Qscan Maroochydore provides a comprehensive range of ultrasound services, performed by our experienced sonographers and reported by specialist radiologists. Ultrasound is a safe, non-invasive imaging technique that uses sound waves to create real-time images of the body, without radiation exposure. This makes it suitable for patients of all ages, including pregnant women and children.

I was in a world of pain with both shoulders with bursa inflammation and I have a work trip that I’ve got to go on on Monday and I was desperately ringing around Thursday to try and get both shoulders injected with Cortizone. Everywhere was booked out. No one could accommodate me and I Qscan and spoke to Eli who was amazing and really helped me. I was quite distressed and in pain and he and the doctor where both so accomodating and caring thankfully common sense prevailed over process. All the staff were amazing I can’t thank them enough. I was in quite a state on Thursday and Friday fast forward 24 hours and feeling so much better and I think I’ll make the trip to Melbourne by the skin of my teeth thanks to all the staff at Qscan.

Today was my second lumbar nerve root block on my S1 nerve root, very professionally delivered by an outstanding pair of gentlemen and doctors, thank you Michael and Jason who explained the whole process from start to finish.
I had my L5 nerve root block administered last week and completed the job this afternoon with my S1 nerve root block done. Feeling pain free tonight... the first time in a long time. Thanks once again
