Scans for the last two years have been so easy. Once there i never waited long and was moved easily from one scan to the next and out well within the allocated time. Staff are professional and kind, and when my GP called to make an adjustement on the day the centre were all over it, told me what was happening and made sure i was comfortable with the changed procedure and let me know the updated cost before doing it. First year I did have to wait on hold a while to book in but this year close to no wait time on the phone, easily made a booking. Great place to go!
Breast ultrasound was very affordable compared to other places, I respect companies that don't take advantage of people needing these tests and keeping it accessible to people, it saves lives. My technician was lovely, I didn't catch her name, she was welcoming, great conversation and laughs but she took her job very seriously at the same time which you could tell she was very detailed and I felt like I was in safe hands. 10/10
I had an ultrasound scan here last week. The sonographer Ann is really nice and friendly. Receptionist is polite and efficient. And no waiting time at all. Just checked in and called for scan.
