Alan began his career in healthcare as CEO of Castlereagh Radiology. In 1998 Alan took up the role as General Manager of Mayne Diagnostic Imaging followed by corporate leadership roles in 2007 with Cardinal Health and Carefusion large American medical companies. In 2012 Alan took up the role of Managing Director of Philips for Australia and New Zealand.

In July 2014 Alan returned to Alpenglow as the CEO and Director to lead Alpenglow to deliver its strategy of service improvement and expansion. At that time Alan also returned to lead the SRG radiology Group in Auckland NZ to further enhance its strategy of genuinely dedicated MSK subspecialty radiology.

Alan is passionate about ensuring that Doctors and patients in regional Australia receive an imaging service that is equal to or greater than that received by those in Metropolitan areas.
