Dr Matthew Budak (MD, FRCR, FRANZCR) studied at the Medical University of Warsaw graduating in 2007, completing his internship in the West Midlands, England. He underwent post-graduate radiology training in the east of Scotland working between Dundee and Edinburgh. In 2015, Matthew completed a musculoskeletal fellowship at the University of Alberta, Canada. During his fellowship, he acquired diagnostic and interventional skills ranging across numerous modalities and spectrum of pathologies including sports imaging, arthritides and sarcoma work. Whilst in Edmonton, he closely liaised with the local professional sports clubs and their medical teams.

Matthew is actively involved in teaching radiology registrars along with other medical and allied health professionals and has been acknowledged for his contributions with an RSNA Honoured Educator Award in 2016. His special interests are musculoskeletal imaging and image guided pain management. He is passionate and excited about servicing the local community and invites referrers to reach out for any support or guidance they may require.
