John was previously one of the founding partners of Lake Imaging, subsequently forming Integral Diagnostics Ltd (ASX:IDX), where John was Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. John was awarded the AGFA International Award for Development of Digital Imaging Solutions in 2005.

John is currently a executive director of 4D Medical (ASX:4DX) and sits on the remuneration and nominations committee, a current non-executive director at Comrad Medical System where he is currently Chairman, a director at Ballarat Clarendon College, a former director of VicWest Community Telco and United Way.
