Qscan Group is committed to supporting the health and well-being of our teams, and this year, we are holding the first-ever national Q-Fit event on Sunday 11 September.

Q-Fit aims to bring teams together from across the country by encouraging everyone to exercise at the same time on the same day – either by walking, running, or cycling. Qscan Group is supporting this event by providing branded exercise tops, cycling jerseys and refreshments for team members who wish to be involved. The merchandise features our beautiful Indigenous artwork on the sleeve area.

Q-Fit is designed to get moving, get fit and build workplace relationships.

Who: All Qscan Group Team Members

Qscan Group is providing exercise tops and cycling jerseys for Q-Fit participants. To be allocated this merchandise you must submit a pre-order before 30 June 2022.

How to pre-order your exercise top or cycling jersey
Qscan Radiology and North Coast Radiology Group can pre-order their merchandise through the Uniform portal here and follow these steps.

Log onto the uniform portal
Click on “my allowances”
“Request additional allowance” with the cost being $32.45 for the exercise top and $43.45 for the cycling jersey and with the reason being “I will be attending the September 11 Q-Fit.”
Your manager will approve the request
Returns to the uniform portal and “pre-order” your exercise top or cycling jersey
Employees can use their existing uniform allowance if they wish

How do I order Q-Fit merchandise if I work at Alpenglow, South East Radiology or Envision?
Your local champion will do this on your behalf. Simply email your local champion before 30 June 2022

Measure the front chest of the garment (This is located 2cm down from the armhole seam)
Compare this measurement to the Garment Size Chart below and select the size that is closest to this measurement

How can I host a Q-Fit event?

Q-Fit can be as big or small as you want it to be. It could be a local ride, a walk in a park or a hike. The aim is to do it together and get moving! It could be 2 people or 20 people. There are only a few conditions, it must be held on the Sunday 11 September and you must have fun.

The role of a Q-Fit champion is to;

Inform their local team about Q-Fit and rally participation
Choose the location and time, and communicate details locally
To place merchandise order for SER, Envision and Alpenglow team members
To request pre-paid visa card for refreshments
Remind participants of the event in the lead-up
Be there on the day
Share your attendance list, any funny stories and a few photos from Q-Fit with marketing.
