Improving patient care with Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Our patients are important to us, and we take feedback seriously. After your appointment, you will receive a SMS prompting you to complete a quick survey about your experience. We’ll ask you how likely you are to recommend us to friends or family, on a scale from 0 to 10. Using results from these responses, we can calculate our Net Promoter Score (NPS) and review how we are performing.
By completing the NPS survey, patients can tell us what we did right, and if there are areas we could improve. We use this information to help ensure our clinics and team members can provide the best care and experience for our patients.
Patients will only be sent this survey once within a 12-month period.
