We had an excellent experience at Q Scan ( University of Canberra) The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and professional from the moment we arrived. Everything was very efficient and my daughter was seen very quickly. They were extremely accommodating to our doctor’s request, and because we are travelling next week, they went above and beyond to provide the results so promptly. We truly appreciated the excellent care my daughter received. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful, and the radiographer was friendly and genuinely caring. The receptionist validated our parking too which was really appreciated. Highly recommend this clinic for their outstanding service and compassion.
