I have been to this location a number of times now, they're always helpful, kind, and reasonably ontime. Gotta love a short wait at a medical facility. Parking is okay, it's kept clean and tidy. No major dramas or super long waits here. And they bulk billed my ultrasound, amazing... Gawd I love socialism and the public health system here in Australia, you don't know how good it is until you've had to live in a country that doesn't have any.

This team is professional and polite and the best I have experienced. The gentleman who did my cannula for my mri contrast was brilliant. I barely felt anything thank you. Qld has some of the best doctors, and caring staff, this clinic at redcliffe is one of them.

Not related to a scan or appointment, but I wanted to share a lovely experience. A beautiful young lady—I believe her name was Monique, which I noticed on her name tag under her jacket (she didn’t want to tell me her name, as her kindness needed no recognition)—stopped on her way to work to help me. After trying to flag down many people for assistance with my tyre and being ignored, she stopped and, even though it made her a little late for work, she made sure I was safe and okay before continuing on her way. I’d just like to say that Qscan must have truly wonderful staff if they are willing to slightly inconvenience themselves to ensure others are looked after. Thank you so much again, young lady—you’re proof that there are still beautiful, genuine people out there!
