About

Dr Duncan Lyons is a radiologist at Qscan Radiology Clinics and is based across our Gold Coast clinics.

Dr Lyons graduated with his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Tasmania in 2017. After relocating to the Gold Coast, he completed his radiology training at Gold Coast University Hospital in 2025, with additional training undertaken across Brisbane hospitals, including the Queensland Children’s Hospital.

Dr Lyons has a special clinical interest in musculoskeletal radiology. He has published multiple research papers and has presented at both domestic and international conferences, reflecting his commitment to research and evidence-based practice.

Outside of work, Dr Lyons enjoys playing tennis and is passionate about health and fitness. He follows a range of sports, including the EPL, rugby and cricket, and is an avid AFL supporter.
