Dr Leonard Bank was the Medical Director of Chatswood Diagnostic Centre for 23 years. He completed his radiology training at St Vincent’s Hospital in Melbourne and went onto a paediatric fellowship in radiology at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Sydney.
After gaining experience in the public hospital system as a staff specialist at Nepean Hospital, where he was responsible for the day-to-day running of the medical imaging department, he decided that a more personal approach was needed and opened Chatswood Diagnostic Centre in 1993.
Leonard is at the forefront of radiology, with special interests in low-dose CT, coronary angiography, virtual colonoscopy, image-guided steroid injections, and biopsies.
