    To request an appointment with us, please fill in the form below. Please note that this form is an appointment request only.

    One of our friendly bookings team will contact the patient shortly to confirm their actual booking time and details.

    Our online appointment request form is available 24 hours a day. Please note that if your request is sent through outside of our office hours of Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm (EST), we will contact the patient on the next business day.

    Walk-in general X-Ray is available at all of our clinics. No appointment is required.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Do I need a referral?

    Yes you will need a referral from your referring practitioner in order for us to provide you with imaging services.

    If you are requesting for a DXA Body Composition Scan a referral is not required.

    At Qscan we also accept all referrals.

    I have a referral but I can't upload it

    If you are having some trouble uploading your referral, that’s alright as we’ll be contacting you to confirm the details on your referral. Please remember to bring your referral on the day of your scan.

    When will someone contact me in regards to my appointment request?

    Our online appointment request form is available 24 hours a day. If the request is sent through outside Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm (EST), we will contact you on the next business day (with the exception of public holidays).
